SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH:
1:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Hockey Game
Weather permitting we will be hosting a HOCKEY GAME between the "Lions" and the "Ecko's". These two teams have been sponsored by the Lions Club and Ecko Marine and are comprised of our very talented local hockey players. It's a game not to miss so get out and support these great kids and cheer on your favourite team!
3:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Family Skate Time
Time ffor everyone to enjoy with friends and family. (Following Hockey Game)
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: BBQ
Free hotdogs and hot chocolate for all!
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Valentine's Sweetheart Skate Contest
There will be a "Valentine's Sweetheart Skate Contest" with a prize for the cutest couple, this is for ALL ages so dig out those skates and grab your sweetheart and show us just how cute you are together!! (6 or 60, it doesn't matter!) If you don't have skates, no excuse, Beachwave Park has many skates to chose from that you can use.
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Bon Fire
Come and get warmed up while skating, visit with friends and family and listen to the crackle of the fire.
8:00 PM: Parade
The parade will end at Beachwave Park. Draw held for Beachwave Park Sno Mo Day prizes, enter your name for the draw any time on Saturday.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH:
10:00 AM: Broomball Tournament
Following the tournament, there will be skating for everyone to enjoy until 8PM.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Hayrides at Beachwave Park
About Beachwave Park
Beachwave Park offers a variety of services to the public and is a staple in the Alberta Beach community as a fun and safe place for recreation activities. We offer a wide array of rental equipment at no charge to the visitors throughout the year and assist in the hosting of many events such Polynesian Days and the Sno-Mo Days. We also offer a concession stand with various snacks and drinks as well as washroom facilities to all our visitors. Beachwave Park also supports many clubs including the Beachbums Skate Team, Beachwave BMX Club and the Beachwave R/C Racers.
