Message from the Our Lions President
Continued enthusiasm has sparked more changes this year. We will continue our sponsorship program which will give the supporters of the event a greater exposure for advertising. The Family Fun Fishing Day is back giving families the opportunity to try their luck at dropping a hook into the water and entering different fun activities on the ice. This will be a catch and release event with abundant amount of prizes drawn at random. Being a family day weekend a lot of the activities are set to be enjoyed as a family. Anyone over 18 can take part in the First Annual SnoGolf Tourney Sposored by The Alberta Beach Hotel & Bar. Travel Alberta is supporting the event once again, and will assist in promoting the activities.
A thank you goes out to the volunteers for the hundreds of hours they will contribute to make this a successful year. On behalf of the Alberta Beach and District Lions Club we look forward to serve the community and have you join in the activities on this weekend.
